Airnizer Inc is EPA Section 608 certified and fully insured HVAC contractor providing cooling and heating services in 5 boroughs of New York City. We specialize in ductless mini split ac and heat pump systems as well as VRF and VRV systems. We have been successfully working in New York City since 2020 and built strong repeating relationship with most of our clients. Being certified Mitsubishi, Daikin and Fujitsu mini split, VRF and VRV systems installer and service/repair company, we installed couple hundreds of heat pumps for the last 5 years as well as repaired, serviced and maintained thousands of mini split ac and heat pump systems for our residential and commercial clients. As a full service HVAC contractor, we install, repair and service all types of HVAC equipment including ducted ac and gas furnace split systems, ducted ac and heat pump split systems, rooftop ac units (RTU), water source heat pumps (WSHP), packaged terminal ac units (PTAC) and more. We always use most technologically advanced tools to insure correct diagnostic results and proper performance of your HVAC system.

We work in all 5 Boroughs of NYC: Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island. 
 

We provide free in-person estimates for brand new ductless mini splits and VRF/VRV systems installations. We provide free in-person estimates for replacements of existing ducted ac and gas furnace split systems, ducted heat pump systems, ductless mini split systems, VRF/VRV systems, steam and hot water gas boilers. In person free estimates need to be scheduled in advance. We also provide free remote estimates for replacements of existing PTAC,  WSHP units and tanked or tankless water heaters after receiving all necessary photos and videos.

 

Sorry,  but we do not provide free estimates for maintenance and repairs, modifications and relocations of existing HVAC systems which can be assessed during service call visit with our expert technician.

We do not install HVAC equipment  or parts provided by the client for liability reasons. We provide HVAC equipment and parts for installs and repairs on our own only.

Minimum repair cost for labor is 450$ for each job.
